DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE CERTIFIED All of our home inspectors are 7B (wood destroying insect) certified, and as such are qualified to perform wood destroying organism infestation reports. These often are a requirement of government backed loans such as VA/FHA, Fanny Mae, etc...
M.O.W.T.E.C. MICHIGAN ONSITE WASTEWATER TRAINING AND EDUCATION CENTER-OF MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY All of our inspectors are certified as Existing (septic) System Evaluators. Training in such areas as: Soil site factors; Absorption systems; (including field systems and field soil evaluations); System failures and cause of failures; Effluent and sampling, and septic system maintenance.
